Unless ideas are put into action properly, they are not useful, and there are so many ideas out there that in absence of any form of effective filtering process, none will be excuted effectively.

Better an average idea which is executed properly than a great idea which does not receive a suffient amount of focus.

Having been in product development for the majority of my career I know that it is the fear of making the choice that causes destruction. Fear that the features are too few, too many -- fear that the color will not be liked by this group, what if it doesn&#039;t...(fill in the blank).  Remembering that success isn&#039;t defined in one good or bad choice either is critical to success.  It is quite cliche now but the 714 home runs that Babe Ruth hit were not from just 714 balls pitched at him!</description>
